I made these for a trial for a Pale Blue & White Wedding that I'm catering in March... the bride & groom haven't ordered cookies, just cupcakes... but thought it might be nice to make them a special cookie each for them to enjoy the next day... my daughter ate one of them and she said it was D E L I C I O U S !!! Bless her.
